How do I join Herbalife if my country of residence is not on the Herbalife list of countries?

What are Herbalife Volume Points?

✔ Each Herbalife product is assigned a Volume Point Value. For example, the 560g Herbalife Shake / Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, has a Volume Point Value of 23.95 Volume Points in all the Herbalife countries around the world regardless of the currency.

How do I qualify for each discount level?

Qualification Methods:

Method #1 - Make one larger order to a total of 500+ volumes. In this case, you automatically get a 35% discount on your order.

Qualification Methods:

Method #1 - Include in your organization 5 to 10 people. During the 3 consecutive months, help at least two people to qualify for a 35% discount as a Senior Consultant, which means that you will have 1000 volumes available for your qualification. It is up to you to make in each of those those three consecutive months the remaining 500 volumes in direct sales. Accumulate 2500 volumes in those 1 to 3 months, and the first next order will be on a 42% discount.

But... isn't there too much sugar in this products?

To strike a balance, Herbalife formulas use a variety of sweeteners to create flavors the consumers will enjoy. Herbalife sugars are all low in glycemic index and won’t spike blood sugar. The fructose Herbalife uses in its products is derived form orange peel or beets which is a more natural source than corn sweetener. However, there are rules about the behavior that Herbalife has imposed to each Independent Distributor that they agreed to comply with their signature on the membership. In Herbalife you can earn from retail profit, wholesale profit or royalty income and bonuses.

Royalty Overrides are paid monthly by the Company to all Supervisors who meet the required qualification. Royalty Overrides reflect your efforts in helping others to grow and prosper in Herbalife. The Overrides are based on the total volume (financial transactions) that is happening within your organization each month.

Let's say that you reach a Herbalife status that gives you a 50 percent discount on your purchase (this happens when you are a Supervisor). Your members are at 25 percent, but one of them reaches the same level and becomes also a Supervisor and you are now both at 50 percent discount so you can no longer get the wholesale profit on what your member/distributor uses/sells. So here's when royalty income kicks in, when someone you've enrolled has reached the same level as you, the Supervisor, and has the same discount as you on buying products.

Royalty Overrides makes you eligible to be paid out from 1% to 5% (depending on the turnover you make) to the volume (sales) your new Supervisor makes.

How to qualify for receiveing Royalty Override payments?

Your Royalty Override is based on your Total Volume for each month. Your volume is the amount of products purchased / selled inside your organization of supervisors.

Royalty Overrides are paid as follows:

The 1% - 5% Royalty Override is paid on the Total Volume of personally sponsored first-level qualified Supervisors
The 1% - 5% Royalty Override is paid on the Total Volume of second-level qualified Supervisors: e.g., a Supervisor who has been sponsored in turn by your personally sponsored Supervisor.
The 1% - 5% Royalty Override is paid on the Personal Volume of third-level Supervisors; e.g., a Supervisor who has been sponsored in turn by a second-level Supervisor

To determine how much you will get payed 1% or more, the company takes into account your Personal Volume Requirements. The next table shows how much you will be payed based on your personal production:

500-999 1%
1000-1499 2%
1500-1999 3%
2000-2499 4%
2500-Plus 5%

Example Of Royalty Override to receive 1500 Royalty:

You - make 2500 Volume Points to be eligible to receive 5% on your organization:
1st Level Supervisor makes 10.000 Volume Points = 5% / 500 royalties
2nd Level Supervisor 8000 Volume Points = 5% / 400 royalties
3rd Level Supervisor 12000 Volume Points = 5% / 600 royalties

In the previous example, at a full 5%, your Royalty Override is calculated on 30000 Organization Volume which gives you 1500 Royalty Override Points. Royalty Overrides are calculated on the retail price of the products in the country from which the product is ordered. In certain countries, these Royalty Override payments are converted to your local currency.

Additional Requirements:

Supervisors who meet the specific requirements to earn Royalty Overrides must comply with Herbalife’s Ten Retail Customer Rule and the 70% Rule (70% of total volume must be sold or consumed that month), to earn and receive both Royalty Overrides and Production Bonus. The Supervisor must confirm their adherence to these requirements by submitting the Earnings Certification Form each month. If the Supervisor fails to comply with either of these rules, the Royalty Override and Production Bonus will not be paid to the Distributor.
